November 6, 2022 - This wine opened up amazingly - right on opening, it was approachable well structured, slow ox it and had every 30 mins and it just developed great - 3 hours later decant and went perfectly with Prime Rib Eye’s — drinking great and I’d suggest another few years too, but I say time to drink ‘em.

September 25, 2022 - WOW - Most SEDUCTIVE Nose ever - but not much else going for it in terms of taste, layers, structure, finish. If the wine was as good as the nose, it would be 98+

September 9, 2022 - Quintessential Napa fruit. Never had one of these chimney rock high end cabs. I put it in the same category as Behringer private reserve or Mondavi private reserve. Or even Groth reserve. About the same price range may be a little cheaper and I will put the quality just a Hair below all of those. I would buy this again. Really nice 10 years in. Really nice aftertaste little bit of tannins. Intoxicating nose of candy cotton and a little bit of chocolate. My wife picked up a little pepper although I didn’t. All in all not a bad one not sure it’s worth $177 CAD

April 22, 2022 - Very good but tight when opened. Still needed several hours to open up even when we decanted. Everyone enjoyed but really wish the fruit & bouquet didn't take so long. Nice smooth finish but not my favorite especially for the price. The guys loved it.

July 19, 2020 - After a 3 hour decant, it was open for business. Rich, sweet, with subtle power that matched up well with our mesquite smoked filets.
