March 15, 2015 - Nose w some rather acidic notes and bite from the alcohol that I wouldn't expect at 13%. Rather shy on the nose at first, mostly dark berries, cherry and a tiny note of spicy leather. Violets. Body i medium, wine is very fruity and silky smooth to drink, will probably age fairly ungracefully as there's not a whole lot of complexity, nor structure. Jammy and starting to maderise. Perfectly all right to drink now, but I doubt if this will improve at all w further cellaring.

Funkar utan mat

November 16, 2014 - An everyday wine which is a bit confusing for me. According to the importer it is composed of Barbera, Merlot, Freisa, Dolcetto. It is light like a burgundy but does not have the finesse. Not much is happening. Light red fruits, good acidity but does not have a story to tell. Howeever goes well with simpler food like pizza for the weekdays.
