June 10, 2018 - Wow! Just Wow! This wine was gorgeous!

Round, soft, fruit-forward. A touch on the sweet side (as compared to the usual more astringent profile) with great texture. Well integrated and balanced. I don't see this getting better, but then, it doesn't need to!

    Garnet colored. Slow, lush legs.

Pair with any meat or side dish that has a fruit component. Also, plenty drinkable on its own. Went nicely with some after-dinner dark chocolate.

March 14, 2018 - Dark, rich, red and black fruits. Smooth texture. Well balanced acidity, integrated tannins. Nice wine that overshadowed 2010 Booker Ripper tasted alongside it.

March 10, 2018 - 68% Grenache/32% Syrah. This wine is hitting on all cylinders right now, just a great effort. Lush fruit of black raspberry, strawberry, and blueberry. Solid core of earth, spice, and some subtle savory elements to it. Just a wonderfully balanced wine right now that is seamless in its full body and long, lingering finish.

November 7, 2017 - This wine needs some more time for sure to integrate the alcohol possibly. In my opinion, it won't get drastically better. Alcohol dominates without any great complexity. Just not my type of wine.

September 25, 2017 - Wow. This was fantastic. My wife and I finished this off very quickly. Just sitting and watching Netflix and boom, the bottle was drained. Purple in color. The nose has black raspberries, spice, blueberries, roasted meats and white pepper. Lush, almost seamless texture. Smooth. No heat. Black raspberries, char, some earthiness. Long finish. Just delicious.

May 2, 2017 - Similar to last bottle but the tannins were much more resolved for some reason, I say drink up over the new 3-4 years. Lush dark red and black fruits, cinnamon, clove, high quality fruit as usual from this site. Great stuff.

September 17, 2016 - Black Raspberry, ripe strawberry, cinnamon, five spice, insane texture, silky with some grit, full bodied just amazing. There is some orange zest which I like, great fruit source, great year and producer makes for a great wine.
