November 28, 2020 - Can be stored for a few years more.... Intense nose of wood and gravel when first opened. Decant for an hour but just doesn’t cut it. Another hour and it get better with secondary notes of dark fruit and licorice, leather and tobacco slowly developing. On the tertiary note I can find forest floor and river stone. What a powerful and complexity this wine has! Tannin and acidity has slowly balanced off in the decanter. Paired very well with pecorino cheese.

May 30, 2019 - It began quite thin with high acidity. After 2 h of decanting it got better. In the end it was a bit onedimensional fruity wine. Its still very young. 2bottles left. Time will tell. Next in 2024
