  December 28, 2022 - Aroma: lemons, tropical fruits, wet stone and dried herbs.
  Palate: citrus fruits, bright acidity with a medium-long finish. Paired well with linguine with bacon, cremini mushrooms and peas. It mellowed the bright acidity and brought out the sweetness of the wine. Still good on day 3. 89-90

Paired with pan grilled asparagus tossed with olive oil, grains of paradise, garlic and Himalayan salt, Moroccan spice rubbed scallops, grilled red/orange/yellow bell peppers, Trader Joe's fried rice (to clear out the freezer) and Fuyu persimmons.

  April 13, 2019 - There is a wonderfully subtle texture about this wine. It’s juicy and salty — but also less about the flavor than the mouthfeel. I waited too long to get more order in this year before they sold out. If I get another chance next year I’m not going to let that happen again. The one wine in the WS portfolio I don’t have a good alternative for.
