March 19, 2023 - An excellent wine with notes of dark fruit, cassis, earth, roasted meat, with well integrated tannins and long satisfying finish. Paired with grilled Wagyu sirloin steaks.

February 19, 2023 - So rich! The nose is a 96+. Maybe a touch on the jammy side of things but just enough acid to give it that good restraint. Dark fruit for days and many years left but don’t hesitate it’s tasty!

December 20, 2022 - Another great bottle from Saxum!. Poured in a wide bottom decanter and let sit in the cellar for about an hour. Drank over the next two...hard to keep my hands off of this one!
Gobs and gobs of black fruits with hints of bacon fat and tobacco on the finish. This is definitely good to go...a short decant will have this wine singing.
