November 7, 2016 - A very pleasant wine. Grapefruit, meat, and menthol on the nose. Good acdity and souple tannins, with a nice juicy quality. Very funky. Very good.

June 14, 2016 - Lots of sweet meat and smoke on the nose. And lots of drive and energy on the palate. And lots of tension there too. Pretty darn good stuff.

October 24, 2015 - unfiltered "nature wine" weirdest wine in the lot (at a north rhone tasting). olive tapanade, sour like north Italy orange wine. sour boysenberry, very unique. the french guy in the company loved this. people exclaimed "ok, Im surprised!". we went back to it after the tasting and found the sourness transformed into a wholegrain bread flavour (like a Radikon)!

July 5, 2015 - The color is slightly hazy, ruby with a medium intensity

The nose is youthful with a medium(+) aroma intensity. Aromas of blackberries, raspberries, grounded black pepper, black olives, rosemary, thyme and licorice. Distinct herbaceous, Syrah character.

The palate is dry with a medium acidity, medium tannin and medium body. Rather slender and juicy mouthfeel. The flavor intensity is medium with flavors of blackberries, black olives, lavender, violets, rosemary and licorice. The finish is medium.

I just love that floral/herbaceous character that I get on the nose but it kinda falls short on the palate. Lacking that classic oomph so to speak. This is truly a good bottle of norther Rhone Syrah for 200SEK (€20) but nothing that stands out in that price range. It's drinking really good today and could develop some complexity with age but this is I'd keep for long term aging.
