Très joli vin, à l’aveugle je serais parti sur Reynaud, nez sur la fraise écrasé, les agrumes.
Matière en dentelle, c’est plein, tendu et fin. On retrouve ce côté gourmand du nez, beaucoup de fruit, peu de sensation alcooleuse pour C9P.

December 28, 2018 - Served by Coravin as well as conventionally at Michelin starred Meta. Drinking well now and paired well with tenderloin and foie gras. Less in your face than some CDP, but in a good way.
