March 25, 2017 - Pleasant surprise. Relatively rich fruit with density accompanied by sharp acidity. Tannins are there, but not prominent. Enjoyable. Wish I had caught this a little earlier in its life to get more of the fruit

September 3, 2014 - An appealing bouquet that screams, 'I am a serious wine!'...and it is. Great oak treatment, balance, and roundness. The blend works harmoniously, olive, herbaceous, and grassy notes throughout, with wafting hints of smoke. Very good acid, light tannin, well structured overall. The wine finishes with an agreeable Loire Cabernet Franc-like bite. 89-90.
