July 31, 2015 - This is an excellent pinot in every way. It has a Burgundian nose, but on the palette it is sublime, lithe and textured. Candied cherries on the palette dominate. I just soiled my pants! Probably my enjoyable pinot of 2015 thus far...

March 27, 2015 - Blackberry, rhubarb and smoke on the nose. The palate is juicy and intense with flavors of pomegranate, rhubarb and black fruit. There is enough structure and acidity to avoid things getting overblown.

475 cases. 19 mos. in oak. Peppery, flamboyant. Big cherry, sassafras. Ripe classic RRV Pinot styling as a whole. Bigger, clean finish.
