April 26, 2015 - Faded. It had a real funk on the initial pour, but through the venturri, it sorted out. I was thinking a faint brett presence that thankfully faded upon further decant.
There was a fine sediment that was adhered to the side of the bottle and the cork.
I had a 2005 Tap reserve the night before, and it was much better, smooth tannins, more fruit, with crystals on the cork.
I was hoping for better, drink up those 625 bottles that people are still holding, and decant first.
