    December 15, 2015 - Had this wine as a pairing to shrimp and asparagus pasta and did quite well. Beautiful light golden color, clear at the rim of the glass. Notes of apple and a little tropical fruit too. The same on the palette and so it did well with the all too hard to pair asparagus in the dish.
