May 13, 2018 - Yellow, almost gold, in color. Nose: slate and concrete, freshly-squeezed lemon, some pear. Attack: lemon zest and green apples. Mid-palate: hay. Finish: grapefruit peel, slight salinity. Such bright, uplifting acidity. Thin body and medium length.

July 9, 2016 - Very pale straw color with green glints. Quite aromatic with aromas of cut grass and lees. Light bodied on the palate with lime and flinty minerality.

November 13, 2015 - Light, bright yellow. Ripe, almost tropical nose, with hints of green pepper and crushed rock. Nice acidity, crisp acidity, and lively energy on the palate. The finish is tart and crisp. Drink now through 2018.
October 29, 2015 - Full bodied and rich, lovely lemon catty nose and generous acid. Had with aged white cheddar and it was wonderful. Great linger large group favorite.
