No flaws; it's just that I think it needs a nice chunk of fatty red meat and it would be great. Disclaimer: I don't drink a lot of Syrah and my palate tends towards younger Syrah.

May 25, 2019 - P&P. At 7 years old this Syrah is in a nice place. Love the freshness, little if any new wood I think gives an energizing thrust to fruit profile, which is mainly dark raspberry. Perhaps a bit more mid palate would have been nice, but small quibble, really nice wine.
