May 16, 2023 - Beautiful striking wine! Nose of lilac, strawberry rhubarb, dried flowers. Wonderful mouth feel and finish. There is no way this wine is lower than a 96.

September 5, 2022 - Beautifully made, I also got the heat from the alcohol but it blew off. Nice red berry notes with the acid gift just the right amount of lift. Recommend drinking soon.

February 3, 2022 - This was a finnicky bottle. Day 1 it was muted, austere, and disappointing. But day 2 revealed a completely different wine.
Prunes, stewed cranberry, roasted red bell pepper, and a little oaky caramel. Medium acidity and medium tannins. It didn’t throw any sediment at all, surprisingly. I wouldn’t hold longer, but I also don’t think it’s necessarily over the hill in terms of intensity. It was a fun worthwhile purchase for $60 from my visit to the winery last summer. I’d buy it younger next time, though. -
