January 4, 2021 - I have had or currently still have 5 or 6 vintages of this wine. I have a liking for deep/dark decadent style wines, and this wine always delivers on that score. This is the last bottle I have of this vintage. I had this bottle with a classic Italian meat sauce over spaghetti......it was a really good match.

September 15, 2020 - I have rated past bottles of this wine at 92. This one was better. I had 2021 down as the back end year of the drink window, but am going to add a year to that window.

March 19, 2019 - Might even be a little better than a 92 rating. Drinking very well right now. Has all the classic notes of a Petite Sirah.

January 8, 2018 - I like deep/dark wines, so this one is my thing. It is drinking very well right now. My rating might even be low. I opened for one hour before drinking. It was at least as good on the second night......which is a sign it is not tiring. So, I am pushing the back end drink year for me back to 2020. I know some say it will last longer, but I have had varied experiences on the drink window for this varietal and style.
