Community Tasting Notes 3

March 11, 2018 - Lemon-green. Yellow fruits, some slight petrol notes and minerality. High acidity and some sweetness. Sugar is slightly below 9g, i.e. officially still dry but you can taste it. However, it is counterbalancing the acidity in a good way. Good to drink now.

September 9, 2017 - Tasted at the vineyard.

Golden. Nose has gooseberry, turpentine, nettles, grass. Tastes of green apple, sulphur, gooseberry and herbs. Nice and young, pleasant acidity and good balance.

January 15, 2015 - Very good, but not its time yet. Loads of acidity, fruit and nice complexity, it just has to come together in a year or two...
