  August 16, 2020 - This has changed since my February tasting.
  
  Pale gold
  Pronounced nose of petroleum, lime, pink Grapefruit, faint whiff of nutmeg, ginger, elderflower
  Dry, high acidity, medium alcohol, medium body, medium (+) intensity, medium (+) finish. Mild petillance
  C: Balanced, length and intensity contribute to this wines outstanding quality.
  Suitable for ageing. Great fruit concentration and tertiaries already appearing so more complexity may arise with a couple of years more in bottle. The acid will certainly keep it fresh. I didn't think this the first time i had it. Bottle variation? Or ageing that fast?

  February 14, 2020 - Pale lemon
  Pronounced intensity. PETROLEUM, pear, elderflower, passion fruit, brine, cantaloupe and honeydew (flesh and skin).
  Dry, high acid, medium alcohol (11.5%), medium body, pronounced intensity and medium (+) finish
  Beautiful balance between acid and fruit concentration, good length, intensity and purity of primary fruit character. Not complex but then it’s not supposed to be. It’s outstanding quality and not suitable for ageing.
  Doesn’t have harsh lime core of Aussie Riesling. This is much softer and more pleasurable. Rather fantastic! $40
