Community Tasting Notes 2

October 14, 2010 - Moderate yellow color. Nose shows rich pineapple, lemon and hints of honey. Palate is rich, focused and intense. Crisp acidity has mellowed with age and is expressed as rich, smooth, focused textures. Flavors of pineapple and apricot are persistent in a long, elegant finish. Youthful, with a long life to go.

June 3, 2006 - Surprisingly refreshing and crisp with perhaps light tropical notes and flavors. A little on the sweet side but very easy to drink and enjoy both on its own or with some spicy thai appetizers.
