December 2, 2016 - Colour more like a Bordeaux than burg, deep dark red, no browning. Wonderful nose of black cherries and truffle. On the palate it is powerful and sweet fruited, though the finish is long and lingering with a touch of bitterness. Needs another decade or two before being ready.
