November 21, 2014 - Light cherry color with bright red fruits on the nose. Tart taste of dried cranberries and cherries. Reminds me of Craisins. Nice finish.

With its high acid to cut through fats, pair this with a lunch of a rich spinach salad with orange segments and Craisins, followed by oatmeal cookies filled with Craisins. Cranberry sauce with Turkey would be a excellent too.
