December 15, 2020 - Very nice. Slightly oxidized to add complexity but not dominating the wine. Tropical fruit. Lemon. Pairing it with a pasta with lemon and capers really brought out the nutty flavours somehow.
    Drink up.

July 20, 2019 - Solid - nice foil to a creamy pasta dish. Tropical notes, richness from the wood, overall tasty and doing fairly well still.

April 4, 2019 - A good showing on my final bottle of this wine. Fruit and acidity were in a good place and it didn’t show as tired as the previous couple.

March 23, 2019 - Intense light yellow. Grapefruit and lemon drops nose. Medium bodied, lemon, melon, fizzy acid, slightly bitter almond, and a medium finish. Got better as it warmed up.

May 22, 2018 - Light to medium golden color. A little soft aromatically but with notes of stewed apples, pears, saline, wet rocks, white flowers, rusty iron, and a bit of nuttiness with coaxing and airtime. Full body, medium(+) acid and finish, viscous and luscious in the mouth, with flavors of lemon, apple, pear, and irony metallic note, and some nuttiness. I'm getting some lightly oxidative elements here, but it strikes me as more of a stylistic choice than a fault. I don't believe I've ever had this before, and my impression is that it's a fairly understated wine, but where it shines is its texture and mouth feel, which is really nice and a joy to glide across the palate.

January 15, 2018 - Good bottle. Complexities from the oak, hints of oxidation for interest, and nice rounded fruit.

October 25, 2017 - I genuinely feel sorry for folks who have had bad or prematurely oxidized bottles of this wine. My tasting notes echo DRS-INC and Ron Slye (last note) have written. Beautiful expression of Rousanne/Marsanne blend. Great nose, wonderful flavors and gorgeous texture. This is a fantastic wine and one of the very best $20 white wines I have ever come across. Gorgeous to drink on its own or good with a variety of food (though not for lighter dishes). Holds up well in the fridge for a couple days, as well. Wish I had more.
