February 12, 2015 - Really complex nose with some funk initially, red cherry, earth, herbs & licorice. Sour, the earthy & herbal notes take center stage, licorice then a sour red fruit finish. There is also a hint of vinegar there, but it's a complementary note not a flaw. My gut tells me these should be consumed in the short term as the tannins are low but the acidity could surprise.
