February 3, 2018 - Very very impressive lots of sur lie notes and if I didn't know I would be sure this was Champagne. Recommendable

May 19, 2016 - English sparkling vs Champagne: Tasted blind. Classic, lovely champagne nose. Fruity with notes of orange and black tea as well as green grass and herbal aromas. Quite nice. Good balance, some grapefruit bitterness on the finish.

November 2, 2015 - Apples and pastry on the nose
Very dry, more apples, so lively! so much life!
Prominent acidity. Just beginning to develop.
I'd keep for a couple of years though good now

June 20, 2015 - A private lunch (Restaurant L'Enclume **, Cartmel, UK): Creamy and silky, citrus, herbs and (elder)flowers, fresh but ripe acidity, lovely balance and length. Attractive, but could do with a little more energy and tension.

April 16, 2015 - I tasted during a massive wine-fair (VinCE) where were so many wines so it happened without proper notes. However, I do remeber that this sparkler had some bready character in the nose and was very similar to Champagne's examples at the same price-category.
