May 8, 2021 - Light caramel, vanilla and citrus on the nose; soft fruits of lemon and kiwi on the palet. A sad day as this is our last bottle. Alas

May 2, 2020 - Classic Chardonnay aromas of citrus and yellow apple followed by pineapple and starfruit flavors. Toast and vanilla linger in a medium length finish. Paired well with grilled halibut with a beurre blanc sauce.

March 13, 2020 - Wine has developed nicely with that vanilla finish with good acid balance, bottle finished great, golden color, the flavors could be better integrated but the wine is very good now, drank easily, should probably drink up, drank with salmon in ginger cream sauce over whole wheat pasta, would drink again but won’t find it.
