March 31, 2021 - Last of 6 and these have been consistent and really pretty solid over the last 5 years, particularly considering it's modest $10 price for a California cabernet that's not fruit juice, and it's still drinking well to boot. Uncomplicated, crowd pleasing cab that's deep ruby color with purple hints. Aromas dark and dark red fruits, tar, smoke, and a bit of violet. Medium body, acid, and finish, with dark and dark red fruits and oak spice. Seriously, not bad for $10. If you're looking for a value play, this is one. 86-87
