March 24, 2019 - This is now ready to go. Powerful but clean fruited, still a hint of grapefruit but citrus has dropped back and there is some butter and sweet peach pushing through. It is very long. Oak quality a bit distracting but only a minor quibble. Great wine at a good time in its life. Drink over next 3 years.

December 25, 2015 - Great stuff! Amazing integration for a wine this young. Great balance too. Oak is perfectly judged... at the moment it is a little simple flavour wise, but there is clearly huge potential here for the future. One to watch. AUD$38

July 27, 2015 - TWE Portfolio Tasting (Prince Wine Store, Sydney): Spice, grapefruit and pear - I like the style here, it has restraint but remains interesting. The palate picks up freshness from the acidity and the light fruit richness.

July 27, 2015 - Treasury Wine Estate Premium Wine Expo (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street): Funky, farty and reductive, stinky over cream, vanilla, muted fruit…not very nice, touch of residual sugar.

February 24, 2015 - Peter Bourne GWT Tasitng Chardonnay (8 Danks street, Sydney): medium minus intensity aromas of lemon and citrus underpinned by slight stone fruit. There is also some spice, cream and, with agitation, toasted oak. In the mouth the wine is juicy with lemon over stone fruit, spice carries quite long with tiny front of mouth grip. Simple at the moment and quite pleasant

October 15, 2014 - A very promising nose balances green apple, vanilla, and funk (sweat, yeast). The palate is light-bodied and crisp, with strong, tight, slightly harsh acidity. Flavours of green apple, mineral water, and a hint of lime cordial. Has the bones of a good wine, but needs time.
