September 26, 2021 - Appearance: deep purple/ruby color. No gas or sediment. Medium(+) tearing

Nose: medium(+) aromas of vegetables (asparagus, broccoli) with some dill and plum notes

Palate: high tannins, super smooth and clean, medium(+)/full bodied, bone dry, medium(+)/high acid. Medium/medium(-) flavors of plum and vegetal flavors with notes of tobacco. Really nice complexity, good balance, and a long mouthwatering gentle red plum finish.

Interesting vegetal notes, zippy acidity, and a really nice finish. Really clean and is drinking well now

July 6, 2021 - Opened for the birthday of my wife. A great Chilean bordeaux blend with on the nose cassis, deep black cherries, leather, chocolate, mocha and an herbaceous note (green pepper?). On the palate very velvety in texture, with deep cassis, cherries, plum and blackberries. Long finish
    Medium+ acidity

No direct sign of its age, very drinkable now and probably for at least another 10 years

April 22, 2020 - Earthy, structured, dark cherry, opening up really nicely after 45 minutes of decant. I really enjoyed this wine when it opened up; a nice friend. Price point is the only issue.

March 6, 2019 - Decanted for an hour and then vigorously swirled in the decanter. Funky nose but on the palate...my, oh, my! Elegant and earthy, balanced with just the right amount of acidity and gripping tannins. Buying a one-way ticket to Santa Cruz, Chile. Fasten your seat belts!

February 6, 2019 - Appearance: Bright and clear, the wine is of deep ruby colour, with fading rim and legs.
Nose: Clean, with medium (+) intensity aromas of black fruit of cassis, blackberry and bilberry, oak notes of vanilla, kernel notes of chocolate, pungent spice of pepper, herbaceous notes of green bell pepper, maturity notes of savory. The wine is developing.
Palate: Dry with medium acidity, the wine has medium (+) tannin of ripe and velvety texture, medium (+) alcohol and full body, with medium (+) flavours of black fruit of cassis, blackberry and plum, oak notes of vanilla, pungent spice of pepper. The wine has a medium (+) finish.
Conclusion: Very good quality Chilean wine with a good intense nose showing nice complexity, it has a robust and powerful structure, though well-balanced, exhibiting integrated tannin and showing good concentration in flavours, with also a nice length on the finish. It is ready to drink now though can benefit from further ageing of another 3-5 years.
