  March 7, 2023 - This is now entering its drinking window and it is a terrific champagne for the price.
  
  Floral, brioche and stone fruit nose, the body had a great blend of structure, silkiness and fruit. Nectarine, apple and toastiness, with a beautiful lingering finish. Great with food or serve as an aperitif.
  
  Drink now to 5+ years from now.

  December 12, 2022 - Wine is still extremely fresh and vibrant. White fruit and some soft notes of brioche on the nose. Strong perlage considering the age and the wine full and buttery on the pallet. Finishes crisp, dry, and mineral loaded that lingers on the pallet.

  January 2, 2022 - This has come together really nicely over the last 12 months. Slow ox'ed for about 45 min for a Jan 1 dinner with friends. Lovely brioche notes now, a precise and fine Champagne but not as / too lean as I found it 12 months ago. For me this has become a keeper now, and I look forward to drinking my remaining 9 bottles over the next 4-5 years.

  January 31, 2021 - First bottle from a case. Pnp. Pale yellow. Nice attack with brioche and some citrus, on the palate this is seriously dry and lean, 4g dosage and while I am a big Chablis 1er Cru fan when it comes to white Burgundy, I find this just a bit too lean (and dare I say thin) for my liking at this point in time. Let’s see how this develops.
