March 15, 2019 - Dark violet in colour. Nose of plum, blackberry cake and spices. Fruity cherry and plum flavour. Rigid tannin. Simple layer. Go well with food.

December 11, 2017 - Colour: cherry fading to brick
Nose: black cherry, plum, cassis and blackberry. Bitter dark chocolate. Black forest gateau, steeped in blackberry liqueur. Sweet spice, old oak, cinnamon bark. Eucalyptus bark, forest floor.
Palate: plum, black cherry, cassis. Blackcurrant. Old oak, sweet spice. Bitter dark chocolate. Not as rich or sweet as on the nose -- but still rich and liquered. Touch of earthiness and savouriness. Medium bodied, chunky drying tannins, fine berry like acidity. Medium bodied, 13,5% alcohol. -

May 2, 2016 - Simple at first, this wine has red plum, red peppers, and a hint of wood on the nose. medium bodied, it is a bit simple at first but gains some complexity. Nice for the money 12$.
