March 5, 2023 - Seattle Chevaliers dinner (Le Grand Bistro Américain, Kirkland, WA, USA): My first pour was perhaps a little oxidized and nutty. I re-tasted from a different bottle at the end of the evening, and this was lovely, racy acidity of 2013 but with a wonderful minerality and richness.

February 7, 2023 - CDT tasting: Big wine - almost the opposite of the 2012. Tropical fruit, leaning towards pineapple. This was not affectation, however. It was a very balanced wine with acid in check and some nice mineral notes. Maybe even a little peaty. Distant flint notes.

December 11, 2022 - In magnum. A very pleasant citrusy nose with hints of butterscotch as it sat in the glass. Similarly , the development in the mouth was one of a crispness balanced by an evolution on the palate. A very nice wine. No rush to drink

December 8, 2021 - This is drinking great today - very mildly reductive on the nose, lively acidity on the palate, and just plain delicious.

July 24, 2021 - Allowed 2 hours of slow-ox in the bottle. Meursault stuffs but interesting it has a subtle touch of tropical pineapple. Acidity in the weak side. Price-wise it's acceptable as a 50€ bottle. Regarding the climat level, it's a fail. There are a lot of Meursault, Puligny, Chassagne village much better that it. I will skip this domaine in future.

November 21, 2020 - Medium-fullish nose. Perfectly developed. Deep. Lovely balance between gun-powder, oak, mineral and yellow orchard fruit. Some malo-fatness, wax and honey.
Medium-fullish, fullish palate. Dense, rich and perfectly developed. Ripe yellow orchard fruit. Soft and mellow, but also very fresh. Balanced, pure and with very good grip. However, the fruit tails off in finish and the intensity in not as high as in better vintages.

June 20, 2020 - Medium to medium deep yellow, nose is in the direction of lime rind, lemon pith, certainly not a Meursault butter bomb - but there is a deeper level of aroma that has a slightly rocky minerality to it - balance is impeccable, fresh but round and smooth, leaning in the direction of citrus - intense and very long, the finish sails and sails, again with a lime rind note being the most obvious. Lovely, and I think that it has more to reveal, seems quite primary still, will stick the other away for a while...
