August 17, 2019 - Meursault Perrieres blind tasting 1988-2011: Crisp and clean nose, Very flinty and mineralic. Many said it was Puligny style. I really loved this. Great wine. 95+

One of the WOTN. Classic Perrieres. Big and lively with tons of acidity and minerality. This is a beast of a wine and should be long lived. This is such a Boillot wine too in terms of style. Needs time to settle in although still beautiful now. Gorgeous Perrieres and at the price compared to it's counterparts, a total steal (Jesus, I sound delusional talking about steals at $140...such is Burgundy I guess).

October 24, 2018 - Served in Flight 1 of my Blind Dinner. Decanted for an hour, probably needed 2. Great white fruit and florals, minerally finish with a dose of Acidity to add great freshness. Very lively, floated on the palate.

April 24, 2018 - Sunday afternoon BBQ, Poulet de Bresse with lemon/rosemary.
Drank this next to Le Moine 2014 Les Perrieres. Boillot is well made, nothing to point out, however I miss the passion in this wine, hence the 90 points.

April 4, 2016 - 2013 H. Boillot & PYCM White Burgundy Horizontal (Nico Osteria): A real treat to taste side-by-side with the Charmes. In comparison, the nose here is less evolved and generous. Broad, non-delineated notions of white fruit, citrus, mineral and toast. Palate is stuffed with round, rich fruit, searing acidity and well-integrated barrel notes. Nice ying and yang of tart acids with creamy fruit. Already delicious, but I get the sense this will unfold and get better with time in bottle.
