July 14, 2022 - Needed a full 2 hours to really open up and get approachable. Lots of black olive, bacon, blackberry and spice flavors that linger for a long time on the finish.

June 8, 2022 - Decanted one hour. Strong green olive continues to dominate this release with gamey black cherry and black currant notes underneath; rather feral. Not a wine for vegetarians, needs serious meat--think roast lamb with anchovy tapenade.
