September 6, 2022 - I was looking forward to this, never had it, and it did not disappoint. This is a robust sparkler with bold yeasty notes, spice and red to white fruit. Hard to find and not cheap, but I'm glad to have snagged a bottle for $53 on a wine.com deal.

February 23, 2021 - Outstanding wine. Yeasty notes of raspberries, Cuties, peaches, brioche, and mushrooms are lifted by an energetic mousse and a streak of minerality. It's tremendously crisp, fresh, and tensile, but it also has a very gentle and persistent elegance about it. Clementine pith lingers on the long finish. Disgorged February of 2017.
