April 20, 2019 - A little parmesan rind funk adds to the full body to go along with tons of stone, white fruit, and medium acidity. Very enjoyable.

July 31, 2018 - transparent golden yellow color, the nose shows some cookie, lemon and spiced apple scents, upfront and engaging on the palate, the acid plays a perfect balance with the flavors of ripe apple, pear, nectarine, lemon zest, lime and stone, well balanced overall, finishes with ripe white peach, this was a nice accompaniment with baked chicken breasts battered with coconut, parmesan and panko next to pureed Okinawan sweet potato

January 14, 2018 - We loved this Santa Maria Chardonnay last night with Comte’ cheese. After about 15 minutes of air it showed beautiful lemon/lemon lime notes with bright acidity.
October 1, 2017 - Touch of bitterness that blows off with air, leaving a lemon curd-y deliciousness behind. Seems like a wee pup- so much better hours into opening.
June 24, 2017 - Nicely balanced with plenty of green apple, oak, and grapefruit. Quite elegant.
