July 21, 2013 - A wire passed it's prime, but yet still drinkable. A leathery taste to start. Strong tannin and pepper finish.
The wine looks Garnet colored. The legs are Medium. It smells like Forest floor, and Dust.
The body is Medium/Full. The wine has Satin-like texture. The wine finishes Long.
July 1, 2013 - A nose of green notes and bell pepper, as well as dark cherries. On the palate this wine is pure silk. Very nicely integrated tannins and seamless alcohol. Great dark fruits on the palate as well as some secondary flavours coming out. This is in a perfect spot.

December 28, 2011 - Beautiful on the nose, full bodied, with a certain cherry and spice on the palate. Nicely combined with sharp cheeses and cured soppresata. Will continue to look for this wine in the future.

December 1, 2011 - Medium garnet color, slight orange around the rim but great clarity. A bit of alcohol on the nose. Lots of light fruit in the palate. Still drinking well but drink now. Not clear why this was $80 from the winery but available at Morton's Steakhouse across the country between $52 and $60
