Community Tasting Notes 2

    December 28, 2018 - off restaurant list.
Ruby color with some translucence at the edges. Nose green bell pepper, red fruits. Palate cranberries, chalky, very high acidity. To our taste, pushing the boundary of underripeness, would have guessed cabernet franc based on the nose but the palate had that pronounced minerality. Interesting to try. 89-90 pts

January 30, 2017 - Champagne Dinner (Etto - DC): Spicy, floral, brisk and fresh with raspberries and spice. Elegant and more well-rounded than the Paul Bara, this is delicious.
