  August 23, 2020 - Great dark fruit, hint of cedar. Tannins are really silky smooth. Drinking well even without decant. Got better after 2 hours opening. Really good QPR.

  November 30, 2018 - After sampling this from the bottle I elected to decant instead. Nose of homemade raspberry jam with thyme and lavender.
  
  One hour after decanting there still a chalky taste mid-palate; 3 hours after decanting that chalkyness has disappeared, but so has a bit of its depth. Still flavorful and enjoyable, but for my remaining bottle I might give less time in the decanter or allow it to breathe in the bottle instead.

  July 27, 2018 - Decanted for an hour then consumed over two evenings. It has been a year since I lasted tasted this wine. It remains fruit driven with a lush texture and wonderful balance. Still a couple of years away from maturity, it looks to be a terrific vintage for this producer, at least my favorite to date.

  August 17, 2017 - Decanted for 5 hours then returned to the bottle for another four hours. Simply a delicious mouthful of blue to red fruit, fresh and alive. This is your happy-go-lucky, loquacious neighbor who is quick with a joke and always ready to help.
