April 19, 2018 - Bought at Waterford tasting. We really liked. Citrus, green apple, crisp. Drank with panko chicken.

February 13, 2018 - Chablis is usually a shrill affair for me. Yet, I really liked this wine. In the glass, it exuded aromas of peach, lees, melon and lime. On the palate, there was lemon, lemon rind as well as acidity. I found a ripeness that is often missing from chablis. The wine went well with chicken tarragon.
December 15, 2017 - Crisp, citrus, green apple and flint flavor.
November 18, 2017 - Waxy and textured on the nose. About half way to the limestone lanolin. Clean cutting on the palate. Juicy.
