March 2, 2019 - Tart, crisp, Granny Smith Apple. Toast. Creamy. Long finish. Very interesting. Really good.

-translucent pale yellow, tiny bubbles
-moderately expressive yeasty, green apple
-med+ acidity, super focused but not quite lean fresh dynamic minerally moderate yeastiness citrus and tart green apple, finishes bone dry
-excellent cut and focus with just enough mid-palate stuffing to keep it well-balanced, great now and some upside -

June 26, 2016 - Oysters + Suenen Tasting (Kallang Way Extra Space): Pop and poured.
Apperance is clear, pale intensity, lemon colour. Legs. Very fine persistent bubbles.
Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of floral violets, baby powder, lemon drops, saline minerality, brioche. Youthful.
On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium- alcohol (12%), medium+ almost full body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of rich citrus lemon drops, lemon tart, saline minerality, brioche. Long intense finish.
Very good quality. If the Reserve range is mellow, this BdB Grand Cru range is on steroids. Maybe some bottle age of 1-2 years might calm this down a bit.
