  December 22, 2023 - Color: medium gold with copper
  Nose: oxidized red apple, heavy cream, apple juice, yeast, caramelized honey
  Palate: medium-high acidity, full body here. It confirms the nose and adds a certain tarte tatin caramelization flavor as well, with even some smoky qualities
  Finish: medium-long
  
  Definitely fruity albeit in a brooding way, this behaves really well with an hour of air or so, and not too cold. More of a meditation piece, it has profundity as well as enough liveliness to still be a sipper before dinner. I think drink time is now.

  February 4, 2016 - 80% Pinot noir, 20% Chardonnay de l'Oltrepo Pavese.
  Extra brut en réalité. Notes autolytiques marquées, crème au citron, acidité moyenne +, empreinte minérale agréable, cela termine élégamment.
