September 30, 2017 - 2010, disgorged in 2015 August: medium orange, abundant, vibrant and constant bubbles. Medium+ Buttery and walnut on the nose with a hint of orange. Developing. With medium+ bayleaves, walnut with a delicate orange flavor on the palate, long mineral and walnut and a subtle oil texture. Dry, High acidity, medium body, medium alcohol, very light tannin. Good balance, good length, good intensity, almost good complexity. A very good wine, drink now, not suitable for aging or further aging, in risk of losing the delicate fruitiness. 89-90 for the good balance between all factors, stylish oil texture and solid and consistent walnut flavor, delicate bubbles and nice mineral finish.

March 27, 2015 - Contratto / La Spinetta Visit (Canelli, Italy): 100% Pinot Noir; light pink amber; sharp nose, faint strawberry, some yeast, honey; nice fuller palate, sour light cherry and strawberry, fresh acid; good.
