September 2, 2018 - Delicious beer that is in a perfect place right now that has dark chocolate bitters, caramel chunks, almonds. Better a little cooler to start and let it warm up in the glass

May 19, 2016 - The 38% Parabola in the blend is coming through strongly at first, but it dials down over time, especially by the next day when the flavor profile gains a refreshing subtle sourness, whilst still drinking well and with no signs of breaking down. 13% ABV.
