June 30, 2023 - Received a partial bottle from my Oenophile neighbor.
14.9% abv
Spouse and I each had a half glass. Dark red on the pour, dense and opaque in the glass. Heavenly nose of dark red fruit; Blackberry, Cassis and Plum. Great, full, round mouth feel. Smooth and Elegant. Tannins and acidity do not come in to play until mid-palate. Pleasurable, prolonged finish, leaving a slight fuzzy-tooth feel. Delicious! -
