August 14, 2021 - A tiny bit reduced at first. The nose has lots of minerals, citrus, and tart stone fruit. Great acidity on the palate with more minerals, green apples, and saline notes. Nice finish. Almost shockingly fresh for a 10 year old wine. The nose reminds me a bit of a Jura Chardonnay, but the palate has more weight. Lovely wine!

November 16, 2019 - Hmm, this tastes premoxed right out of the gate. Suspicious apple juice aromas and flavors. Gonna let this one sit for a few hours and see where it goes. Color looks correct so I’m hopeful. Maybe I’m just incorrectly interpreting some reductive aspects. OK, a few hours later and yep, it's DOA.

If you are holding bottles, it’s worth checking in on them. This particular bottle has been properly stored since release.

October 5, 2018 - Beautifully expressive Chenin Blanc, pure and complex, intense and elegant, harmonious and silky, long.

May 13, 2018 - Pale gold color. Nose of hyacinth, hay, apricot, and white stone. Muted flavors of apricot and grapefruit on the palate at first but after 2 hours developed more schist and mineral elements, and lots of grip. Ample acidity and moderately long finish of peach, citrus, and flint. Very good but would benefit from further time in the cellar.

June 10, 2017 - BeaujoLoire Blowout (St. Cecilia, Atlanta, GA): Fun and funky, great cutting acidity with tangerine, lovely acidic structure, delicious.
