November 2, 2020 - Deep ruby red colour with garnet edges. Medium nose with blackcurrant, blackberry, red plum, leather tobacco and eucalyptus. Medium taste of blackcurrant, blackberry, red plum, leather and eucalyptus. Medium long and dry finish. Medium acidity. Medium (-) tannins. Medium body. A very good Saint-Emilion that is still juicy. Drink now. Goes well with beef, game or lamb.

Medium taste of dark plum, blueberry, vanilla, licorice, black pepper, leather, tobacco and anise. Long and dry finish. Medium acidity. Medium (+) tannins. Medium body. A very good Saint-Émilion that has matured well. Drink now or over the next couple of years. Goes well with beef, game or lamb.

January 25, 2017 - MW 2012 Annual Bordeaux Tasting San Francisco, nose of red cherry fruit, sage, same on the palate, light/medium body, tasty, medium/long finish, nearly at its best.

June 1, 2009 - Bordeaux 2008 (Bordeaux): The nose is muted red fruits, with austerity and just a hint of green on the palate. Showing some bright fruit, but a bit prickly. 84-87
