August 1, 2016 - Here's a solid, nicely representative cool-climate Sauvignon Blanc from Chile's Aconcagua Valley, short on aromatics but offering typical notes of guava, nettle, lime, and grapefruit, with some orange adding to the citrus complexity. It's quite sharp on the palate, but also refreshing, though there's a touch too much sourness, followed by a touch too much bitterness on the finish. It lacks cohesion and overall complexity, but it's still quite good.

July 9, 2016 - On the nose this shows great minerality with notes of pungent green chile, prickly pear and herbs with lime, grapefruit and gooseberry scents.
On the palate the creamy texture reveals time spent on the lees (3 months). Juicy, vibrant acidity and flavors of grapefruit, lime, lemongrass, herbs, green chile, prickly pear, saline and mineral with hints of vegetable ash and wild flower that all linger nicely through the finish

March 31, 2016 - Crushed rock, sage flower, lemon peel. Clean with white nectarine attack and a very lemony mid, highlighted by high acidity.

June 21, 2015 - 16$ CAN - quick taste tonight - very similar to the 2013 vintage - check out comments there. I like this style for summer and food... A little tart and would smooth out over next 1-2 years.
