April 24, 2019 - Old. So strange the first sip. Had no idea what I was drinking. Third sip was like, this could be good. Many layers and distinct. Waited 30 minutes. Evened out. Good. Cut richness of the paddy’s dinner with creme and other stuff. Turned out perfect.

November 18, 2018 - Light straw colored. Mellon and lemon on the nose with carmel and butter added into the palate. Light acid with a medium finish. Very mature chardonnay.

June 28, 2017 - Nice evocative fruit and flower is overwhelmed by oak. Perhaps it was the setting (front porch, hot humid evening, friends, summer appetizers) or I'm more sensitive to oak, but this one didn't do so well, even though it has some depth.

December 7, 2016 - Nice immediate nose of peach, a hint of salinity (perhaps brown butter, caramel, nuttiness). A glancing herbaceous whiff. Similar palate, crispy acidity, long grapefruit finish. Nicely paired with seasoned tilapia.

April 14, 2016 - Nose of delicate flowers and fruit laced with caramel flan. In the mouth, starts with a delicate freshness followed by a dense repeat of the nose components, some minerality before a long, cool finish. Should pair well with fish and vegetables. Drink now for vigor (but allow to breath and evolve with a long meal), or wait 3 or 4 years for a more mellow taste.
