July 30, 2022 - Overall super concentrated. Not my style. The flavours are probably ‘what they should be’ but aromas you rarely find - sweet coconut, exotic (almost overripe) fruits, blackberry jam etc. High quality wine but far from the classic Ribera del Dueros.
July 17, 2022 - Intense balsamic aromas...cedar, leather, spices...celery salt, sweet red berries, brown sugar, as well as some vegetal notes...complex. Full and extra dry (from wood ageing), with fine tannins. Red fruit, mint, tobacco flavours. Ripe and long finish. Ready to drink...by 2024. A food wine.
May 28, 2022 - Nez boisé, fumé et sucre brun. En bouche, c est puissant avec une bonne présence tanique. C est bien balancé. La finale est chaleureuse sur une note sucrée
August 18, 2021 - Need to decant for 1 hr. Very flowery bouquet. Very well balance taste, semi sweet, black berry, beautiful tannins. However too much sediments. Must use good filter. Overall, this worth the price tag.

On the nose sour cherry, fresh and with a sweet touch, on the palate dense and focussed, good acidity, full bodied, long finish. Elegant Tempranillo, already superb but may further improve with time, made for a long life, 93+.
