August 25, 2022 - Colour is a dull, brownish yellow. Nose is faintly oxidised, with notes of walnut and orange pith. Flavours of limoncello, Campari, toasted nuts, and golden syrup (fading into honey). Lusciously sweet entry, mildly oxidised mid-palate, clean finish.

November 14, 2021 - Beautiful colour. As LUXURYSOTOGRANDE says, great with meringue. Eaten with Eton mess - great pairing.

October 26, 2021 - Balanced, honey / honey comb, saffron, nutty, sweet raspberries. A sommelier of the future said perfect with meringue. She's spot on

July 27, 2021 - Beautiful stuff. Not 'apricoty' in any way, but very much a spiced honey theme going on here. Long, delicate and young. Delicious.

Super long et savoureux, vraiment excellent.
